Over the past few years we have seen Peru's exceptional promise as a specialty coffee producer nation come to fruition.


This lot, exclusively farmed and processed by female producers in the Oxapampa-Ashshaninka-Yanesha Biosphere Reserve, is a testament to the potential of Peruvian coffee.


The producers, Edith Pena, Mary Montejo, Peetronila Laale, Milagros Ortiz, Irma, Lilis, Sandra and Marianela have received several years of training from 7 Elements. In 2021, these specific, high-grade lots were demarcated to constitute this beautifully complex coffee aptly named Pachamama, or, Mother Earth.
